The DT revolite is the ideal choice for riders seeking a spoke that combines durability and light weight. After several rounds of development, its innovative shape has been optimized to resist repetitive stresses, surpassing all other DT Swiss MTB spokes in its weight class in terms of durability. This was achieved by the unique blading process, which additionally densifies the material, and through a patent-pending process that ensures uniform transition from the butted to the forged area of the spoke. Weight: from 285 g for 64 spokes at a length of 264 mm.

Shape After several rounds of production , the DT revolite spoke has been designed with a unique shape that has never before been seen in this type of product, providing it with distinct mechanical advantages like durability and light weight.

Production specifications Different from the classic straight spokes, the DT revolite has an additional production step, the DT Swiss-specific reducing method using cold forging. The result is a light double butted spoke, which enhances the material strength while preserving its desirable elongation properties.

Spoke specifications The flat forging process increases the density of its material, resulting in even greater strength at a lower weight.

Spoke types This spoke is available in all standard lengths and in J-Bend or Straightpull form.

Spoke form specification The patent-pending forging process ensures uniform transition between the butted and forged area of the spoke, increasing the durability of the spoke.
