Service costs depend on what repairs are needed and the material costs. Contact the Service Center in your country. Please note that a binding offer can only be made after closer product inspection.

On our website you will find various How-to videos and technical manuals to help you perform a service or conversion. First find your product in the Product Support by using the DT Swiss ID or filter. Under "How-to Videos" and "Manuals" you will find helpful and relevant information for the maintenance of your product. Note the material number of the spare part and order from a dealer.
Important! DT Swiss is not liable for damages caused by improper product maintenance. Always use original spare parts and tools to avoid damaging the product. The warranty right expires if the operating instructions have not been observed.

Is there a crash replacement program?The DT Swiss Fair-Share Policy is an additional offer from DT Swiss that allows the first owner of a carbon wheel to affordably repair the product in the event of damage while riding (e.g. due to a crash).
It's important to note that normal wear and tear and aesthetic surface-level damage are not covered by the Fair-Share Policy. All information about the Fair-Share Policy can be found here.

To make a service or warranty claim, please contact one of our Service Centers and fill out the Service & Warranty Form. If your product is under warranty, we will repair it free of charge. It's important that you submit your warranty claim along with your proof of purchase within the 24 month warranty period.
