DT COMPLITE®

The DT complite will stand you in good stead for many rounds of your favorite trails and will be ready for the next rounds right after. This spoke takes shape following numerous production stages, making it the most durable DT Swiss spoke in its weight category, with enhanced resistance to repetitive stresses. Its ingenious shape comes from a unique blading process, which also densifies the material. Through a patent-pending process, the spoke features a uniform transition from the butted to the forged area of the spoke. Weight: From 365 g for 64 spokes at a length of 264 mm.

Shape The DT complite shares the same shape as the DT revolite but is slightly larger, providing it with an additional durability advantage.

Production specification The DT complite has an additional production step called the cold forged reducing method. This results in a lighter, double butted spoke for enhanced material strength.

Spoke specification The flat forging process increases the density of its material, resulting in even greater strength at a lower weight.

Spoke types This spoke is available in all standard lenghts and in J-Bend or Straighpull form.

Spoke form specification The patent-pending forging process ensures uniform transition between the butted and forged area of the spoke, increasing the durability of the spoke.
